I'm Dottie LeBeau, a retired inspector from the Rhode Island Department of Health. I am a certified Food Safety Instructor in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. I am also a certified Test Administrator and Trainer with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and ServSafe.
Our Instructors Bring over 50 years of experience in the food safety and inspection field. We offer online and locally hosted Food Safety Certification Classes in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
